Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Latte

This homemade Pumpkin Spiced Latte is vegan, sugar free and absolutely delicious! Pumpkin puree gives this drink a real pumpkin flavor and the combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger create the perfect spiced drink for fall!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk (I use Oatly Barista Edition)
  • 2 TB pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 TB maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Add the all the ingredients into a shaker with 1 cup of ice.
  2. Shake until combined and pour into your favorite glass.
  3. Top with a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy!
